ဘုရားရွစ္ခိုး (အဂၤလိပ္ + ျမန္မာ )

(A) THE COMMON PRAYER  အမ်ားသုံးဘုရားရွိခုိး

1. May I worship the Buddha. ျမတ္စြာဘုရားကုိ ရွိခုိးပူေဇာ္ပါ၏
2. May I worship the Dhamma. တရားေတာ္ကုိ ရွိခုိးပူေဇာ္ပါ၏
3. May I worship the Samgha. သံဃာေတာ္ကုိ ရွိခုိးပူေဇာ္ပါ၏

     Okasa, Okasa, Okasa
1. For the elimination of all offences committed by deed speech or thought.
ၾသကာသ ၾသကာသ ၾသကာသ ကာယကံ ၀စီကံ မေနာကံ သဗၺေဒါသ ခပ္သိမ္းေသာ အျပစ္တုိ႔ကုိ ေပ်ာက္ပါေစျခင္းအက်ဳိးငွာ
2. I respectfully and humbly raise my hands together three times in obeisance, adoration,  worship and subdued pride to the Buddha Jewel, the Dhamma Jewel, and the Samgha  Jewel ; once, twice, thrice I pray O my Lord, Sir.

ပထမ ဒုတိယ တတိယ တစ္ႀကိမ္ နွစ္ႀကိမ္ သုံးႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ေအာင္ ဘုရားရတနာ တရားရတနာ သံဃာရတနာ ရတနာျမတ္သုံးပါးတုိ႔ကုိ အရုိအေသအေလးအျမတ္ လက္အုပ္မုိး၍ ရွိခုိးပူေဇာ္ ဖူးေျမာ္မာန္ေလ်ာ့ ကန္ေတာ့ပါ၏အရွင္ဘုရား။ 
3. “  For the meritorious act and will of obeisance .”
ကန္ေတာ့ရေသာ ေကာင္းမႈကံေစတနာတို႔ေၾကာင့္
4. May I ever be liberated from and quenched of the four woeful states, the three epochs  of affliction, the eight incongenial locations, the five enemies, the four misfortunes and the  five losses.
အပါယ္ေလးပါး ကပ္သုံးပါး ရပ္ျပစ္ရွ္ပါး ရန္သူမ်ဳိးငါးပါး ၀ိပၸတၲိတရားေလးပါး  ဗ်ႆနတရား ငါးပါးတုိ႔မွ အခါခပ္သိမ္း ကင္းလြတ္ျင္မ္းသည္ျဖစ္၍
5. May I attain magga-phala and Nibbana.
မဂ္တရား ဖုိလ္တရား နိဗၺာန္ခ်မ္းသာတရားေတာ္ျမတ္ကုိ ရရပါလုိ၏အရွင္ဘုရား။

(B) Requesting The Refuges and Precepts ငါးပါးသီလခံယူေဆာက္တည္ပုံ
အဟံ  ဘေႏၱ တိသရေဏန သဟ ပဥၥသီလံ ဓမၼံ ယာစာမိ အႏုဂၢဟံ ကတြာ သီလံ ေဒထ ေမ ဘေႏၱ။

Reverend, I (we) request the Three Refuges and the Five Precepts.
                 အရွင္ဘုရား တပည့္ေတာ္ေတာ္တုိ႔ သရဏဂုံသုံးပါးနဲ  ငါးပါးသီလေတာ္ျမတ္တုိ႔ကုိ  ေတာင္းခံပါကုန္၏
Reward me (us) by granting the three Refuges and the Five Precepts.
သရဏဂုံသုံးပါးနဲ႔ ငါးပါးသီလေတာ္ျမတ္တုိ႔ကုိ ခ်ီးေျမာက္ေသာအားျဖင့္ တပည့္ေတာ္တုိ႔ကုိ ေပးသနားေတာ္မူပါဘုရား

(C) The Adoration “ Namo Tassa” နေမာ  တႆ ျဖင့္ ဘုရားရွိခုိးျခင္း
   
      ( Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammasam buddhassa. )3
      ( I respectfully adore and pay homage to the Exalted One, the Worthy One, and
   the All-Enlightened One. ) 3
ဘုန္းေတာ္ႀကီးမားေတာ္မူေသာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား၊ ပူေဇာ္အထူးကုိ ခံေတာ္မူထုိက္ေသာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား၊ အလုံးစုံကုိ သိေတာ္မူေသာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားအား တပည့္ေတာ္ ရုိေသျမတ္ျမတ္ႏုိးရွိခုိးပါ၏ဘုရား

(D) Establishing the Three Refuges  သရဏဂုသုံးပါး ခံယူေဆာက္တည္ျခင္း

1. I recognise and take refuge in the Buddha as shelter.
ျမတ္စြားဘုရားကုိ ခုိကုိး ာအျဖစ္ ကုိးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္ သိမွတ္ပါ၏ဘုရား။
2. I recognise and take refuge in the Dhamma as shelter.
တရားေတာ္ကုိ ခုိကုိး ာအျဖစ္ ကုိးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္ သိမွတ္ပါ၏ဘုရား။
3. I recognise and takte refuge in the Samgha as shelter.
သံဃာေတာ္ကုိ ခုိကုိး ာအျဖစ္ ကုိးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္ သိမွတ္ပါ၏ဘုရား။

   (E)  Establishing the Five Precepts  ငါးပါးသီလေတာ္ျမတ္တုိ႔ကုိ ခံယူေဆာက္တည္ျခင္း

1. I observe the precept not to kill any sentient beings.
သိျမင္ခံစားတတ္ေသာသက္ရွိသတၱဝါ မွန္သမ်ွကုိ မသတ္ေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏

2. I observe the precept not to steal the ungiven things.
မေပးေသာ သူတပါး ဥစၥာပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိ မခုိးယူေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏

3. I observe the precept not to indulge in unnoble sexual 
enjoyments.
မွားယြင္းေသာ ကာမဂုဏ္ခံစားမႈကုိ မလုိက္စားေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏

4. I observe the precept not to tell falsehood.
မဟုတ္မမွန္ေသာစကားကုိ မေျပာဆုိေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏

5. I observe the precept not to be intoxicated with narcotics, drugs and alcoholic drinks  which are the causes of forgetfulness of the Dhamma.
တရားေတာ္ကုိေမ့ေလ်ာ့ျခင္းအေၾကာင္းရင္းမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကေသာ မူးယစ္ေဆး ဘိန္း အရက္ေသစာတုိ႔နဲ႔မမူးယစ္ေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏။
